David J. Peck has been a lawyer for more than 25 years. He is a partner in the law firm of Brodsky & Peck located at 550 Mamaroneck Avenue, Suite 406, Harrison, New York 10528.

David and his law partner Robert A. Brodsky have extensive experience in divorce cases. They collaborate, mediate and litigate depending on the needs and interests of their clients. They also handle criminal, personal injury and real estate matters. 

David is frequently assigned by the Court to represent children in custody and visitation cases. He has represented hundreds of parents and children in cases involving divorce, custody, visitation, support, neglect and juvenile delinquency.

David is a graduate of the New York University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York.
